A rental agreement is required for all guests.  The agreement must be completed upon your arrival
and will include a list of guest(s) and innkeeper's responsibilities.

To secure a rental reservation a deposit of one half of the total rental amount plus tax is due.

A deposit of $200.00, in addition to the rental amount, is required and is refundable provided
terms of the agreement are met.*

Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.*
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee.

*Payments made by credit card are refundable less a processing fee of 3.2%.

The Guest House is a non-smoking facility.
Pets are not allowed.
Phones are not available; bring your cell phones.
